Founded by Zoe Bazos, Z2B Group is a consulting firm that specializes in strategic partnerships, Marketing strategy, and activations.

Prior to launching Z2B Group, Zoe built her career in the corporate world at United Talent Agency, where she worked across music and brand endorsements, developing a deep understanding of talent-led marketing and high-impact partnerships. She later joined BLADE, where she led integrated marketing and brand partnerships, collaborating with premium brands to create innovative, experiential, and performance-driven campaigns. 

Since leaving the corporate world, Zoe has worked with clients across a wide range of industries—including consumer goods, aviation, hospitality, wellness, and professional services—helping brands identify the right partners, tell compelling stories, and drive measurable results.

Known for her relationship-driven approach and ability to connect strategy with execution, Zoe brings big-picture thinking alongside hands-on support, allowing founders and teams to scale thoughtfully and efficiently.
